Your husband did the right thing. I have know people like that and it is best to avoid them. Every family has a black sheep.
Rale said he and Howard were raised in the same neighborhood. That means they know each others secret past. Rale recently said he visited Howard's mother(step mother?) so it's VERY obvious that the will was via Howard and Howard's statements in Seidlin's court about him not knowing what was in the will is phoney because Anna would have had her own ORIGINAL and probably a safe deposit box somewhere.
I'd say that Howard likely has a file labeled "Anna" in Rale's Office. Remember, there are 100's of contracts and law case files on her. Where are they?
Howard claimed that there were important legal papers and "private photos" taken from the closet shelf at the Horizons.
BUT, he opened an album and there on the right hand side of the page was the photo of Gibson and Anna. I believe HE leaked that to the press...as a warning to Gibson...just as HE leaked the Kapoor photo...to warn him and keep us off the trail of Anna's " best friend", KE.
Howard's a friggin' blackmailer. Everything that has occurred smells of it.
Howard Stern is worried stiff and must be busy with all that is going on. How is his lawsuit against Rita Cosby proceeding?
She'll realize that Virgie was the only one who cared and that something is/was VERY WRONG about the deaths of Danny and her mother...and that Howard is at the bottome of it.
Her life will literally be ruined at that point...and all because of GREED.
THAT BABY BELONGS WITH VIRGIE where she will be "truly loved" with the same love that made Danny "a nice young man".
Add the marriage thing...and it's even MORE intense...that "marriage" was simply to show an existing Howard/Anna relationship under that particular Bahama Law.
In other words, there couldn't be a "mystery" father...it had to be kept as a Howard/Larry/Dannielynn DNA battle.
Remember, Howard said that Dannielynn could give her DNA when she was 18...if she wanted to....
The one thing that was always obvious was that Howard never wanted HIS DNA taken. Why? Would it match some "evidence" someplace??
IIRC, Rita was at Anna's funeral and she probably did some footwork while she was there. I doubt Howard thought to put a private dick on her trail at the time.

Agree! None of these *actors* were to be trusted - and they each knew it. Once Larry agreed to be a sperm donor, he was crafty enough to *cover his bases*. Note that he was out to *get* Goen, not Howie - which would have been a good back-up for wrongful death. But Larry was careful to have enough *stuff* against Howie when he suspected he was being *cut out* of the deal. Wonder how much photo footage Larry has to use as blackmail leverage?
On reflection, - if Larry & Anna had been involved in a normal *romantic* heterosexual coupling - a testosterone driven Larry would have been insistant & eager to distance himself & Anna from Howard’s daily living environment - much like Mark Hatten - and we know what Howie did to him!!!
Someone wondered why the repulsive Larry was included in every photo of Dannielynn.
Here’s a reason - he owns the right to his own image - just in case Virgie raises the issue in the custody/guardianship case...Larry can say the photos are of him and payment is for his likeness...Dannielynn is just an incidental prop!!

1. Did Howard and KE conspire to do Anna and Danny in?I'd say KE's disappearance the night before she died (and her two concerned phone calls) are "evidence" of this in Anna's case. In Danny's case, I'd say Anna's "loss of memory" and the "fact" that KE was one of the last to see Daniel before he left for the bahamas is evidence of this.
Was Larry a "sperm donor". IMHO the Jan 6 agreement is "evidence" of this.
I think Larry is opting for a “soap” (and could care less about being a daddy). But for now, he’s got Dannielynn...the Golden Goose...who just keeps on giving!!

This was so clearly physical and mental abuse of an impaired adult. If Anna had been a paraplegiac wheel-chair confined, nursing home patient - what would the *medical malpractice*, *abuse of the handicapped* and *estate fraud* penalties have been? If the accounts of Anna’s last year of life are fully investigated, her treatment was as close to mental & physical torture as one could imagine.

1. Two people died unusual deaths.
2. One person (Howard) was present for both deaths.
3. One person (KE) was suddenly in Calif. for both deaths.
4. One illegitmate child would inherit.
But they are spending her money left and right.
The January 6, 2006 agreement was only ONE of the documents associated with being a "sperm donor".
Larry made an agreement to give Howard "rights".
Even if Larry had absolutely no involvement in their deaths, he has become part of a conspiracy to benefit from those deaths.
Is it a crime?? I think so because he gave Howard "powers" over the estate. One would think that if his intentions were pure, there would be a division of powers between Anna's mother and Larry's family.
Intent to defraud means "lying" and lying and blackmail are all over the place.
Perper was an idiot with his call and should be stripped of his license because he cleared the way. It is Anna's death not Danny's death that should be investigated further.
All I want is Justice for Virgie. She is the one who has "lost" not two, but three blood relatives at the hands of diabolical people.

Daniel Smith Inquest Still Pending

One year ago, on September 10, 2006, 20-year-old Daniel Wayne Smith, son of American celebrity the late Anna Nicole Smith, died under mysterious circumstances at Doctors Hospital.
The young man’s tragic death sent shockwaves through the Bahamian court system, and had a domino effect that at least one person said ended with the tragic death of his mother, a former Playboy Playmate and Bahamian permanent resident.
According to her erstwhile lover and lawyer Howard K. Stern, Ms. Smith used to say that Daniel was “her whole reason for living. So when Daniel passed away, it changed everything.”
The Journal attempted to speak with Mr. Stern on the anniversary of Daniel’s death, but he was unwilling to speak publicly about his feelings on Monday.
“She overcame everything in her life. She’s had a lot of different battles in the past, but I truly believe that losing her son was the one thing that she couldn’t overcome. She had nightmares literally all the time,” he recalled during an earlier conversation.
“There’s no question in my mind that if Daniel was alive Anna Nicole would be alive today.”
The tremors caused by Daniel’s death began when then Chief Coroner Linda Virgill announced a swift date for an inquest into Daniel’s death, and, at an impromptu gathering of reporters at her Victoria Gardens quarters, answered questions about the death.
Mrs. Virgill’s use of the word “suspicious” in connection with the circumstances surrounding Daniel’s death created its own stir in Bahamian legal circles, and according to Chief Justice Sir Burton Hall, eventually played a part in his decision to strip her of the exclusive designation of Chief Coroner.
Sir Burton ordered that the courts revert to the practice, extant prior to 1993, of having each Magistrate in the pool of 16 Stipendiary and Circuit Magistrates hear coroner’s matters, a directive that met with some criticism from some segments of the public.
Eventually, Chief Magistrate Roger Gomez ordered a Coroner’s Inquest, but before that inquiry had even begun properly it was derailed by what amounted to a challenge to the constitutionality of the Coroners Act.
Lawyers for Mr. Stern, now the executor of her estate, questioned whether the Coroners Act was constitutional because it doesn’t allow the coroner to question jurors.
In a motion before the Supreme Court, they contended that they wanted to be allowed to question jurors to determine impartiality, but were prevented from doing so by the Coroners Act, and thus the Act was unconstitutional.
Among the collateral outcomes of Mr. Stern’s motion was the removal of Chief Magistrate Gomez as the Coroner in this case.
Mr. Gomez spoke quite freely to the press about the case, even using the same language Mrs. Virgill did in some instances. He even went so far as to allow a camera crew for a popular Fox News Channel programme inside the courtroom, although he didn’t discuss the details of the case during the on-camera interview.
Citing these instances in which Mr. Gomez spoke to the press about the case – even in generalities – Supreme Court Justice John Lyons ordered that another magistrate sit in judgment of the inquest.
So the inquest into Daniel Smith’s death remains at a standstill.
Mr. Gomez has been ordered to select another magistrate to hear the inquest. As of Monday, that had yet to happen.
