Sorry for stepping in :) but Virgie is different. ANS was grown and had children. They are the ones who can legally (IMO) get the ball rolling BUT as Sac says we don’t know what is going on behind the scenes. The fact that HKS, KE and others may have been involved in both deaths are a complication and the fact that HKS can sue, a person has to do some hidden investigation work before it can come out in the open. HKS sued OQ and I am sure OQ counselled Virgie to keep her mouth shut for that reason. HE can afford to defend himself, Virgie can’t.
You're right that it is good to know that O'Q is still representing Virgie. I'm not even sure I would call it a pro bono case...It's more like "This lady has lost a grandson and a daughter...she needs my help". The money is nothing.
That's a little different from a pro bono case where not much money is required. Our local attorneys are expected to do an occasional pro bono case but they're all relatively quick and MINOR.
I was highly angered with Seidlin in saying Virgie shouldn't be taking HELP in the form of interviews etc.. I think she is more than entitled.

I saw it, and it’s been re-played many times. I’m just wondering why she hasn’t appeared in the media crying out for justice in Daniel’s and Anna’s death. Several people here condemn LB for not doing so, and I’m asking why the mother/grandmother has not done so. That’s all.
For you to castigate Virige Arthur for not being another Beth is unfair and nasty. How many mothers have the wealth, health, opportunity, and above all the MEDIA SUPPORT to do what Beth has? How many other mothers of dead children have you seen do what Beth has? BTW, Beth has been criticized (not by me) many times for overdoing it since she has another child also. Now her marriage broke up.

Beth Twitty was more photogenic and articulate than Virgie -& Beth did not have to endure *staged* videos by a blood sucking leech coaching a drug addicted Natalee to bash her mother!!! Additionally, Natalee is a more sympathetic victim because she did not have the fictional ‘white trash’ upbringing, Hollyweird background or *hangers-on* that surrounded Anna.

IMHO - Seidlin was given his talking points by HK$. Nothing else makes sense. I wanted to believe Seidlin was giving a *fair and balanced* hearing....but he had Milstein all lined up ... it smelled of a pre-determined decision.
As for VA crying on TV, has it occurred to you that maybe to appear on national TV you usually have to be invited and cannot just demand to appear? Or that perhaps HKS's lawsuit is preventing her from speaking out? Beth is an exception for reasons listed in above posts, not the rule in homicide cases.
I support those here who say something is wrong with LB to invited HKS to DL's birthday. I am not saying he wants her dead. However, HKS's track record must given anyone with an average IQ a pause.

I’ll cut him some slack because of inexperience....but he sure is showing a lack of compassion for a grieving grandmother/mother. Aware of how Anna had been brainwashed and controlled by HK$ & KE, Virgie sympathized with & embraced LB, even though he was not Anna’s husband.
After some research, Virgie’s team must have found out there was *less to Larry* ....just before HK$ made his coercive moves and Larry’s double cross.

Having lived & been exposed to the “celebrity” lifestyle for the past several years, what are the odds LB’s everyday influences would include extended family, work colleagues, auto repair folks, waiters & short order cooks, cops, firemen, insurance salesmen, home improvement folks, computer techs, hairdressers .....or is he limited to shady lawyers, drug pushing physicians, groupies and wannabee movie stars?
He needs to expand his circle of friends - for DL’s future sanity!!!!
I was thinking the same thing! Those hair things make her look less attractive somehow. In US magazine this week there are two photos with Larry and her. Both times, as noted before by us, the baby is looking toward someone off camera or he has her face forward (for more $$)!
