Just remembered more of the MrControversy interviews: According to the nanny -when Daniel arrived at the hospital - he told Anna he would like to see the island *in Anna’s black car* - Anna said ‘go with Howard’ - Daniel returned from the drive and commented “I feel very tired/sleepy”.

I do not remember ever reading that Daniel left the hospital for any period or for any reason. Does anyone else????

I was thinking more in terms of the Justice Department or the Ambassador to the Bahamas. Seems like someone at a higher level than HKS and his chums should be finding out why a young healthy American citizen died mysteriously in the presence of ANS and HKS. It seems to me that HKS has been orchestrating everything that has been going on in the Bahamas and Seminole County, Florida. Not only was he present at Daniel's death; he was present when ANS was dying, so he should be a "person of interest" in both deaths, and should certainly not be allowed the many roles he has and is playing concerning the Will, the property, and the interests of DannieLynn.

Maybe you are right, and we should write Greta or Glenn Beck and see if we can get them interested in a thorough investigation! I think HKS is trying to intimidate people by hiring Lin Wood and filing lawsuits...this could come back to bite him, because HKS didn't have a reputation to ruin nor was he hurt monetarily by what O'Quinn said. Lin Wood tells you he has won all his cases, but he doesn't tell us how much some of the cases were settled for. I don't believe the Ramseys or Gary Condit became millionaires after their settlements, did they?

No Sod...I don't remember Danny leaving either but who knows, maybe Howard DIDN'T go alone to get the food. Maybe they had to wait for the baby etc.. Those hospital witnesses might be more important than we think. You kinda think the desk people are in their own world but they're very observant.

And NO ONE has said anything about what occurred when Howard (supposedly alone) left for the food. It wasn't far away. Wonder how long he was gone? Was anyone else with Danny and Anna while Howard was gone.

We have a time gap in here AT THE HOSPITAL...that we know absolutely nothing about...i.e., who was with Danny and Anna during the time Howard was gone for food.

And when PRECISELY were the pictures of Danny, Anna and HANNAH taken??

Lin Woods has probably only taken cases he COULD win. NO attorney wins every case. Settling out of court is not always a win.

It looks like the Embassy might be the place to write. They have a connection to Law Enforcement between the countries.

Good idea to write to the Justice Dept. or Embassy. Disturbing how little interest is shown in the cause of death considering the huge hype the case received initially. And of course LB shows no concern at all.

Statements by the hospital people will be crucial. I presume O'Quinn has those statements and videos from security cameras, if there were any.

IMHO, Lin Wood is overrated. HKS has a lot of explaining to do. He will have a tough time explaining his lies, not everyone is as enamored with him as Perper, Wecht, and the Florida judges.

I have found nothing regarding Virgie’s concern with Daniel’s and Anna’s deaths. Have you? I have searched almost everyday, and nothing! I would think she would be the first one to initiate inquiries. As a mom, I would be fighting, as poor Beth Twitty has done for Natalee, for so very long. But Virgie has said and done nothing! I just don’t understand it. Your thoughts?

I believe she did what she could. If I remember correctly HKS did everything he could to keep her away from ANS. He would not accept her calls to Anna, and if you remember during the hearings in Florida, her attorney said they believed Anna was murdered. I don't know what all she has done, but I do know her son who is with the FBI contacted John O'Quinn to represent her. Perhaps there is more going on behind the scenes than we know. But we do know that Larry Birkhead was nice to her until he had private meetings with HKS when it was evident that HKS was not going to be named the baby's father. He knew when they did the DNA test, his goose was cooked on that lie he had told. Apparently, he has something on Larry, or maybe they are in this scam together, but LB did a fast turnabout in his treatment of Vergie after his meetings with Stern.

It is possible that John O'Quinn didn't misspeak when he called Larry the "sperm donor". Larry really did a song and dance when he said Anna had asked him to marry her several times, and his reasons for saying 'no' spoke volumes about his lack of character IMHO. I don't understand a man agreeing to make a baby with someone, and then not wanting to give the baby his name...until he stood to profit from it! Remember HKS and ANS allegedly fled to the Bahamas to keep LB from WHAT? Was he promised money to impregnate Anna or did he just want to make a little mischief and get some money? I don't know, but it appears he and HKS have really got a money machine in DannieLynn, and neither of them hesitate to exploit her - if it puts money in their pockets.

These are just my opinions, but I do believe you if you will go back to the hearings in Florida, you'll find some of the information you are seeking.

What has that been?

I watched the hearings every single day in Florida. She fought for her daughter to be buried in TX....that’s all....never for justice for Daniel and Anna....never for an investigation into their deaths.

Beth Twitty appeared everyday for a year, and many moms are on TV everyday fighting for their missing/dead loved ones and justice. I’m wondering why Virgie is not asking for justice for her daughter and grandson.

The hearings in Florida WERE about where Anna was going to be buried. Did you expect Virgie to jump up on the table and wildly exclaim: "I want Justice for Danny and Anna".

Before Anna died, Virgie was on the Keith Ablow show. If you missed it, you missed a lot. She was scared for Anna and gave her a warning. Danny went to a Private detective just before he died.

You can't make law enforcement do what YOU want them to do and you don't know what goes on behind the scenes. We do know ABSOLUTELY that O'Quinn hired a Private Detective. That certainly wasn't about where Anna was supposed to be buried.

It appears that there’s only one person on the face of the earth who has not been *bought* by HK$ (using Anna’s money & Dannielynn’s inheritance) and her name is Virgie Arthur.

Strange how Virgie has been judged as less than human by the “Tabloid press and bloggers”. She is smart to stay away from interviews and photo-ops....much like a savvy cop would. If Stern thought she was gullible, he would have cozied up to Virgie and disposed of his *problem*....she’s just more certain of his evil than all the judges, lawyers and suck-ups responsible for the continued injustice.

Still have confidence that Virgie’s *team* are collecting evidence and witness statements.

We should start a rumor that *it is being reported that HK$ has been arrested in the Bahamas for fraud*....and find out just who is reading this thread.

One would like to believe that O’Quinn’s team of attorneys have analyzed all the timelines, drug lists, conflicting statements et.al., discussed on this and other web sites for some type of action.

The comforting thing, I suppose, is that O’Quinn is still representing Virgie....so they must have, or continue to pursue - investigating, interviewing and sorting through the data in preparation for *something*.
