Today is suppose to be Stern’s response to O’Quinn.
The 24th is suppose to be Show Cause in Probate. I believe they notified Virgie of this since she may have an interest. We’ll see if she’s still active.
I just thought it was priceless that it was a “news item” - like a “neener, neener, you’re not invited” with fingers waggling in ears and tongue stuck out - and sent all over the world. When are “non-invitations” ever announced,lol?

And why was Virgie was so certain that LB was DL’s bio dad? Did LB show O’Quinn and Virgie a sperm donor contract with Anna’s signature?
Virgie was willing to support LB’s paternity claim in order to rescue DL from HK$. Then - as soon as the DNA secured custody - LB double-crossed Virgie and did a deal with the Devil, as you described.

The reporter may be helpful. The party is Kentucky news...not Houston news. The response by Howard to O’Quinn is supposed to be today.

Nah, no one in particular. This item today was like a wire service something, I’m pretty sure. The business and legal writers here who care about O’Q don’t care about ANS, so it’s pretty futile to expect anything.
That’s more what I was thinking. HKS telling Larry to make sure to say he’s not invited, so it will look like they’re feuding and up the intere$t in whatever their next $ale of Dannielynn footage or merchandise is going to be.
Suri Cruise got her modeling job - but they were looking for someone a little older, more mature, walking.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Anna Nicole Smith’s daughter, Dannielynn, will celebrate her first birthday next month at a party in Louisville.
The party will be held at the home of Tricia Barnstable Brown, who hosts an annual Kentucky Derby-eve party packed with celebrities. Smith and Dannielynn’s father, Larry Birkhead, met at the 2003 party.
Brown said Birkhead, a Louisville native, asked her to host the party.
“They met at my Derby party here at my home,” Brown said Saturday. “Now Larry is bringing Dannielynn in from L.A. to celebrate her first birthday party.”
Brown said she expects about 200 people, including family and friends. She said Howard K. Stern, who had been in a custody battle with Birkhead over Dannielynn, will also attend.
The catered party will have elaborate decorations and hot-air balloons, Brown said.
Smith gave birth to Dannielynn in the Bahamas on Sept. 7. Her 20-year-old son, Daniel, died three days later at her hospital bedside from a lethal combination of drugs.
Smith died in Florida on Feb. 8, at age 39, from a deadly mix of prescription drugs.
Stern claimed to be Dannielynn’s father, but DNA tests proved last spring that Birkhead is the father. Birkhead is now raising Dannielynn.
