Sounds like KE miscalculated. Oops! Wonder if Methadone was on the list of drugs she “administered”. Trying to remember when the picture of Kapoor came out. I think it was BEFORE we knew of KE’s role in all this.
He testified on the very day that they were going to have “a real wedding”. So then why the “farce” wedding? Oh, yeh....He was now the baby’s father and they were just one big Happy family. Well, that’s what the pictures said.
In hindsight, going after custody of Anna’s body will be one of the mistakes that Howard made along the way. Another blip in Seidlin’s court was putting a name to one of the drugs “more specific” than Seidlin. The third was saying “I’m not a doctor” which is true but not noting that KE was living with Anna and was a doctor. In other words, we STILL didn’t really know about KE’s role in Seidlin’s court.
Wasn’t it in 2006 when KE got the boot for out sourcing and breaking a contract? ANS goes to Baha’s right after that. KE follows not far behind? Wonder when her first trip there was?
I think this near the same time frame when Daniel is noticing mom a mess and got scared. The timing is all in line if I am recalling it right.

“Stern told him Eroshevich was a longtime friend,” a source said. “He said that they hadn’t given Anna anything for pain after her C-section. And Eroshevich said she would be with Anna Nicole 24/7 and that she would administer the drugs herself.”
Kapoor responded that he would not send them, and that he was particularly concerned about the dose of Dalmane, which was 12 times the limit.
“Eroshevich told him Anna Nicole was really tolerant of Dalmane,” a source said.
But after the phone call and fax from Eroshevich, he heard from Smith only one or two more times. The last time was in November. Smith died three months later.

Nice...Kapoor has a fax and I assume it’s in his files. I noticed that he’s on the inquest list. Wonder what Howard has on him that will make him “not show”...if the inquest even happens.
I don’t follow the house close but last I read it was empty. Then ol Art Harris HKS’s water boy said he talked to him and heard the dogs. GT didn’t meet the bond pymt so we have another piece of the puzzle a mess. Nothing in this case ever just moves on normally.
I think he will be in the Baha’s about now, dishing out Rolex’s and cash.

I dunno. I don’t see Kapoor tossing away his life and practice for hks. Whatever hks has, JQ’s fbi guys probably dug up too. Not like hks can threaten with outing him. lol Worst is what, he slept with him.. maybe Larry? If they get this re-opened or the DOJ knocks on their doors, I think they will squeal like pigs. Perhaps Kapoor has that list and that is why they asked him to testify? He wouldn’t cooperate with KE the first time around, I don’t seem him folding for hks vs DOJ.
I don’t either and if they have that “source” to back up that hks said that it adds one more nail in his coffin.

It is strange, how Kapoor “took over Anna as a patient from her ‘doctor’” Then Kapoor shows up in the ‘GAY parade’ with Anna and entourage.
Seems as if HK$ was grooming him as Anna’s drug pusher - which is the impression we had from the get-go. He must not have been a willing groom/drug supplier - probably why KE was welcomed into the group.
Kapoor is reported to be expecting twins by a surrogate mother - so he will probably keep distancing himself from HK$ and is not afraid of him.
I tried to convince myself that Larry was just Anna's photographer at "gay" affairs caught by someone's (Howard's?) camera. But it raises questions as to what other photos Howard may have.
Wonder if he marks the photos with an estimated media or blackmail sale price on the back? :-)
I personally don’t buy into the thought that hks is the be all end all to it all.
ANS knew how to use people on her own, very well in fact. Anna was for anna. She would use what she could to get what she wanted. The only difference is hks out smarted her in the end.
I think that ego of her’s is what hks used to kick Danny out of her life too. He worked on it. We know if you did not idolized anna you were out. I don’t think that changed for Danny who was now older and voicing his own mind.
Do we know the date of that picture of Kapoor and Anna? I’ll try to trace it down.

I think they know more than we do and they seem extremely intolerant of gays. Use the old non politically correct slurs like wildfire. I was taken aback it is so harsh. They had much of it blended in referring to gov officials they were outing.

TMZ has obtained shocking video footage of Anna Nicole Smith and a shirtless Dr. Sandeep Kapoor getting hot and heavy at a West Hollywood, Calif. gay bar in 2005.
Both Larry Birkhead and Howard K. Stern can be seen looking on as Anna gets groped and licked by Kapoor, who is currently the subject of an inquiry by the California Medical Board over his possible misconduct in the prescribing of methadone to an alias used by Smith.

lol, I remember his reaction when he found out it was all gone. It was livid, beside himself. Did you see him in the cop video? He was like a 5 yr old missing a toy. Over reacted! I watched and said ohoh.. they got something that he is really upset about.
hell, if the love of my live just died, I really could not be that upset about a dang thing you took from this house. You lose a life and in hours he is more upset about material items? Cops were like okay, anything else? bored and he kept caring on. Said anna’s been raped or something like that. Geesh. Any one ever raped knows only too well baby paintings and cameras stolen don’t come close to being raped!
