As we settle into the nighttime of despair, fret not, for the Sun will rise again!!
Good morning!!
We, here, will never forget those who died on September 11, 2001, as we seek to protect the Republic from all who will do her harm!!
Globull warming has struck.
Measureable snowfall in Northern Virginia for the first time in 17 years. There is a total of 0.3" on the deck; in 1990, it snowed 1.1". All raised surfaces are white. (NWSFO Sterling, officially, says the snowfall is a "trace", meaning less than 0.05", but maybe that's at the airport...) Algore--wish to explain this?
One of those "fringe" scientists who isn't "with the program", one who might actually know a thing or two about the subject, Dr. Gray--who is probably the leading hurricane climatologist in the world--called Algore a "gross alarmist". More to the point, Dr. Gray also said: He's one of these guys that preaches the end of the world type of things. I think he's doing a great disservice and he doesn't know what he's talking about.
Certainly, looking out the window and seeing white everywhere as the middle of April looms, yes, I agree, Algore doesn't know what he's talking about.
For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.
..obviously I meant A Citizen Reporter...
..I should have had a clue when I tried to post ...A Citizen Soldier....and the posting gremlins said there was no 'A' in front of it...
If you're getting confused, it's because I'm so tired, I'm not making sense :^)
I think this was a good and smart move all around.
I didnt know that Fr Jonthan Morris, helped Gibson in the filming of The Passion.
Could you PLEASE post the Chocolate Bunny Photo/joke here?
Late last night I commented to Dog that I was concerned my gc would notice the ears were missing from their bunnies this morning.
My all-time favorite book and a very good movie also.
Well, I seem to have come down with a nasty bug...............fever/chills/achy/sore throat/etc. Signing off for now.
That’s close. Close enough.
The one I saw earlier had the big bite out of the back end of one, and the ears off the other.
If you lose anymore weight you’ll blow away with the wind.
Happy to hear you had a wonderful Easter.
Granny, my plants look as if they have survived. They looked perky today, except for my 4 leaf clover.
I hope that sleet didn’t turn into anything serious, Toby. The cold just ruined the azaleas here. They survived just fine the first night but now the blooms are all just drooping and won’t be back until next year.
We just got home from Spartanburg and my sister and bil’s house. My bil made a crown roast of lamb (I think I’m calling it the right thing) filled with homemade stuffing and baby potatoes on the ribs. He is such a good and natural cook.
We had a baptismal at the service today; she was named after me which made us smile and cried the second the priest picked her up and stopped the minute he handed her back to her mom.
Thank you Dolly, that is just beautiful! Thanks for sharing it with me. I hope you had a very blessed day, in Jesus’ Name, Amen!
I was caring for a woman and asked, “So how’s your breakfast this morning?” “It’s very good, except for the Kentucky Jelly. I can’t seem to get used to the taste” the patient replied. I then asked to see the jelly and the woman produced a foil packet labeled “KY Jelly.”

Great morning all !!
A record-breaking 21 degrees reported yesterday, but it has warmed up to 32 degrees this morning, thanks to Algore, the weather wizard.
Elizabeth Edwards: Scared of "Rabid, Rabid Republican" Neighbor: She has not met him but he doesn't live in a 5 million dollar house and HORRORS! This member of the Other America has a gun!
Kentucky Jelly? ROFLMAO
And the Peep Show article is a real hoot.
Sorry, but the link I posted doesn’t work....can be found at wral.com.
Good Morning to the Dawn Patrol. It is still cold here, and many of my plants will not make it. I will take it as an opportunity to make changes.
Even tho it is cold, the wind has laid down, so it isn’t so awful out there, like it was earlier in the week.
