More specifically, dark chocolate truffles go well with cognac.

BTW my curiosity got the best of me and I ran down to CVS (there's one on every block here) and picked up a package of the cocovia chocolate covered almonds. Let me just say, I've found them exquisite. You don't miss the copious amounts of added sugar at all.

Try Cemoi truffles from www.candydiscounters.com. [to be ordered during the cooler season as you do not want to pay extra for the cold delivery]. Affordable, and very good, but french-made.
