That recipe is making me drool! I’m gonna have to try that out.
Can you believe I didn’t know what a caper was until a couple of years ago? I went looking for them in the store and had no clue where to look, so I had to ask a teenager for help. Boy did I feel dumb. Thanks for the memories. :P

Derly, try that recipe. It is so easy and is a hit at our house.

After you have everything prepped, it’s made while your cooking your pasta and you can drain it and dump it together. I mixed up the Emerils spices and just bagged the shrimp in it to fry. I usually make Chicken Picada as Al loves it and I do too, but this time I wanted something with Shrimp and it was a winner. ;) ( I loooooove Capers and use a lot of them in the Chicken Picada.)

Oh I used frozen good sized shrimp, so no mess with working with the raw. I thawed them under cold running water, patted dry and seasoned. Works for me. ;)
