Premeditation/Setting the Stage for ANS death are the statements by Harding(PI that Daniel supposedly contacted three months prior to DWS' death):

"Daniel felt Stern was keeping her on 'mind-bending drugs' even though she was pregnant. He feared for his mother's well-being."

and

"Daniel felt that Stern was trying to take her money," says Harding. "He felt that Stern would harm his mother spiritually and mentally- physically as well."

and

Harding speculates that both Daniel and Anna Nicole's deaths were not accidental. "My evaluation showed me foul play," he says. "An ex-CIA agent on the case right now agrees with me."



I believe that this is just one of MANY reasons, coupled with Ke's actions and laundry list of drugs, why it would be absolutely horrendous if Perper's press conference on Monday ends the investigation into her death.

It won't end the investigation into Anna's death. Am pretty certain SOMEBODY will sue for wrongful death...probably Virgie...though I know she has no money and I don't know how long OQ will help her for free.
