Another thing that tells me that no one will be charged in her death is due to Perper & Tiger putting together a CD to hand out to the press and on that CD there is full information about how and why they came to the conclusion they did.

If there was going to be a further investigation there would be no hand outs for the press (it is unbelievable that they actually made a CD and burned numerous copies of it for the press - They would not and could not go through the trouble of this if her death is going to be considered a homicide). If they are going to call it a homicide they would simply say the cause and manner of her death and walk away with no comments due to an on going investigation and no CD's would be handed out.

CD has been made? Ugh - agree with you - that indicates no charges will be filed this week. So, it looks like Sterngoat is going to skate??? (waiting as others say for "the hand of God" to show up here and bring the truth and justice we need)
