Pretty darn sad that it was a combo of a dirty needle and a OD of a sleeping med.
It sounds to me from one of the articles that she had suffered from dirty needle abscesses in the past (buttocks had scars on it from past dirty needle abscesses). So there is a history of it. The sleep med was in suppository or in pill form so she could have taken it herself. They have no way to "prove" her death was at the hands of another.

This is of interest to me...how do we know that the chloral hydrate was in pill form?
