Why is Howard K. Stern still living in the home in the Bahamas that Anna Nicole Smith occupied right before she made her fateful trip to Florida? Anna, of course, would never return to that home as she died on the trip. Now it appears that her quasi husband Stern may be kicked to the curb. A report from Us Weekly magazine claims that G. Ben Thompson is so certain that Howard isn't Dannielynn's father that he's set to evict the lawyer. G. Ben Thompson bought the Horizons house in Smith's name with the understanding that the former playmate would eventually buy it. Of course she never did, and the debate was that the mansion was a gift.

Now Thompson wants to serve Stern with an eviction notice. "We did this only after we found out that the courts directed that Howard K. Stern and the other parties seeking paternity take a DNA test," he explained.

"We know that Howard K. Stern cannot pass that test in any way that would suggest he is the father of that particular child," Thompson's attorney, Godfrey Pinder told Access Hollywood. "Once that is done, we know that he will no longer have any reason to be in the house because he will not be the child's father.He is not associated with the child in any way except maybe through the will which we believe is not necessarily a good will and therefore he will have to leave."
Add to that Us reports that to add insult to homelessness, Pinder said that if Birkhead or Smith's mom, Virgie Arthur, win custody of the 6-month-old, they might be allowed to live in the house.

Hey, something just dawned on me.
Daniel made fun of Stern for being with his mother for 12 years and not having sex with her. Do you think Stern feared that Daniel would have spilled the beans about Stern being on the birth certificate as Dannielynn's father? I mean can you imagine that conversation "I am the baby's father" and Daniel laughing hysterically in the car, or on the phone from an earlier conversation. It would certainly mess with his fantasy coming true, FINALLY.
