No, but seriously, that is a complete FARCE. An American Citizen cannot buy a 1 way ticket to anywhere outside of the USA!!!!!!!! You have to be a citizen of that country to get a 1 way ticket. Pick up the phone and try to buy a 1 way ticket to anywhere. It is an impossible thing to do! You have to prove you have residency.....
