Anna Nicole Death Mystery Solved! Inside the Police files:
Those responsible for the death of Anna Nicole are the same people who were supposed to care for her the most - her lawyer and her doctors - say friends of the model.
Their shocking opinion is part of a renewed police investigation into the death of the former Playboy cover girl.
Dr. Joshua Perper's preliminary finding - was that pneumonia with drug involvement caused her death. But when Perper received more test results he found a lethal "cocktail of drugs" in Anna Nicole's body, a combination he believed no one would ingest by accident.
The drugs, he than concluded, supplanted penumonia as the mechanism of her death. And her live-in lawyer Howard k. Stern, in secret meetings with Perper, explained that Anna Nicole had frequently talked about suicide in the months before she died.
The drug cocktail discovery is the so-called "surprise" that Perper recently announced. "Stern kept telling Perper that Anna talked about taking her own life on numerous occasions following the death of her son Daniel, And Perper believed Stern."
But the cops didn't. The Seminole Indian police force, which has jurisdiction over the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Fla. had been gathering evidence that pointed to possible criminal wrongdoing. And they told Perper his suicide theory might be dead wrong.
Stern and at least two doctors who prescribed painkillers and other medications for Anna have had their actions reviewed by police.
Stern knew Anna was doing a lot of drugs; he was around her constantly. Some people close to Anna see him as an enabler and believe he shares responsibility for her death because, at the very least, he couldn't get her off drugs.
During an investigative trip to Nassau, the Seminoles were told an employee of Anna's that she had accused Stern on more than on occasion of causing her son Daniel's death. The Seminoles were also informed that Stern was ignoring common sense by not stopping Anna's access to a battery of drugs she said she need to cope with Daniel's death
At least one witness has said that he believes Stern flushed pills taken from the young man's pockets down a toilet, saying he was "taking care of a problem."
The computers are a key part of their probe. They contain information about prescriptions and private physicians, emails between Anna and friends, Anna and her lawyers, Anna and Stern, and other personal details of her life.
Ford Shelley - whose father-in-law G. Ben Thompson owns the Bahamas home where Anna lived - took the computers on the day she died and later handed them over to the Seminoles.
Shelley told the Enquirer that Anna gave him instructions to "take my computer and stop it from getting in the wrong hands" if she suddenly died. She seemed convinced something would happen to her".
A pad of prescription blanks belonging to one of the doctors, a woman, "was found in the Bahamas house.
Dr. Kapoor, who prescribed methadone for Anna while she was pregnant... could be another target of the Seminole investigation.... The sources think Kapoor was starstruck over Anna. "He could never stop bragging that he was Anna's doctor.
"I think Stern was the enabler, giving her the drugs. The doctors did nothing to stop her from taking the drugs and kept prescribing them. I'd say they're the ones responsible for her death, pure and simple.

IMO, Khristine Eroshevich. There was discussion the other day about in which location (FL/Bahamas?) were the pads found.
Hope NE has it right and the Seminole police are diligent in their investigation.

It's pretty obvious by Perper's doe eyed comments in regards to Dr Krisvorkian and HKS that he has been suckered in by this bunch of grifters.

Perper sounds incredibly naive , I don't think a man of his generation can fully comprehend the sex, lies and videotape qualities of this case.
Unless, he's a sly fox. We'll know on Monday.
IIRC, it was the NE that found the Bruno Magli photos of OJ which were entered into evidence in the wrongful death suit.
