Fox reports "in his last hours alive." One of the talking heads that everytime he hears Howard speak he has to take a shower.
On the website http://ishowardksternamurderer.com/ the webmaster said on the 1st page of the original post that there were morbid death shots of Daniel floating around. I sent her (webbie) an email asking about that. She said that Howard took some shots of him dead to sell to the media. It is just now that that has been also confirmed by Shelley. That webbie knows some stuff! Also as for the time line on Daniel:

This is what we know...
Sept. 9 flew in on AMERICAN EAGLE flight from Miami landing 10:30pm.
Arrive at the hospital at 11:00pm, or just past(room 201)
Eating when? Just after arriving? Photos taken at what time?

is the photo Star Magazine has blown up the eyes of Daniel and they are very obviously dilated! HUGE in fact.
The next morning he is DEAD.
In the In Touch dated Feb, 26th there are some pretty spookie photos from the movie Illegal Aliens. The wrap party was in Sept 2005 and it was reported that both mother and son were bombed out of their minds. The catering guy says he suspects Daniel was smoking marijuana. "He seemed high and always had the munchies." There is a photo of Anna passed out falling off a love seat. It is shocking to say the least. She looks dead in that photo! But she is just passed out. Mouth open, 1/2 way on the sofa, legs crumpled under her. The caption reads "the crew thought she was acting, but when she didn't respond, we all panicked."
Unfortunately I dumped the OK magazine and the People that had the faux wedding photos in it. But I remember that they jumped into the sea after the ceremony and they frolicked on the beach- wet in their wedding outfits. SO that tells me one thing that settles this.... They had to be less than 3 miles from shore! SO it is not a real wedding. The photos had them jumping overboard into the sea after the vows. There are palm trees in the background and sandy shore. No way were they legally married.
