It's funny that you would ask that, bc when I first heard about Daniel's death, I automatically thought that he might have woken up thirsty and grabbed his Mom's drink by accident, which contained methadone. Until this case, I had only heard of methadone in 'liquid form'. I've never heard of methadone in a pill form, but I guess they give it in liquid form to the addicts so it's easier to monitor...ie..you can't exactly 'pocket' a cup of drugs, as easily as you could a pill...BUT IIRC, one of the ME's (not sure if it was Wecht) said that Daniel's body contained methadone in the PILL form...I'm not sure, so if anyone knows for sure, let me know...

TMZ.com reports that Hot Smoochie Lips Inc., started by Anna Nicole Smith, and handled by Howard K. Stern, owes more than $30,000 in back taxes and has been suspended from doing business in California.

According to the California secretary of state, Hot Smoochie Lips hasn't filed a state tax return since it started in 2002.

Not only does the company reportedly owe $28,945 in corporate taxes, the L.A. County tax collector says it also owes $8,920.54 in property taxes.
