Barth has 3 kids. She's not acted any differently than all the other lawyers representing their clients. It's just their job. I wish they'd ALL take a chill pill, though.

Barth's defamatory opinions on Virgie Arthur are based solely on what she has been told by HK$. Brainwashing is not relevant in a custody case - facts are.
If Barth were handling the Bahamian custody issue(which she is not) her only responsibility is to prove that HK$ has the background, character references, income and experience for custody/guardianship of an infant versus Virgie's qualifications.
I am not convinced that Barth has made her point. She has not provided proof of HK$' fitness to nurture or raise a child. To allude to a family member's possible injury with a firearm that was probably Virgie's is abominable.
For Virgie's attorneys to question HK$' proximity to the death scenes of Virgie's daughter and grandson is completely appropriate. To question his involvement in providing addictive drugs and failure to seek prompt medical attention for two persons in mortal danger is both appropriate and necessary, when the fate of another innocent family member is at stake.
