He would be a complete fool not to submit her for DNA swabbing. It may be that the DNA swab taker goes to the Horizon house tomorrow and I am sure the lawyers and an outside source will be ther to witness it.

Remember Stern is facing an inquest next week - it would be very wise for him to do what he is told to do.

I do hope they have 'observers'.

What worries me is that this guy doesn't think like we do. He has a twelve year investment that he's not likely to let slip away. He's been focused upon the goal, no matter who stood in the way.

Hopefully, the paternity issue has been part of a diversionary tactic - focus on the right hand while the left hand is busily addressing something else. Maybe the purpose has been served and fighting the test is no longer necessary.

You are experiencing the ramblings of my 3:00 am brain. Maybe he's found another place to live and the need to hold on to the baby for insurance of a roof over his head is gone.
