The recipient's fax usually has date info on it which the sender's document does not.
Are the fax numbers on the copy? If so, it would have been stolen from Kapoor's office, not Horizens. DUH?
Now we understand why Kapoor was photographed in those "Gay" compromising situations. He had perhaps balked at filling all the drug requests.

The "laundry list of drugs" fax came from Key Pharmacy. That name was printed in the upper right hand corner.
