John OQuin - on - They moved everything into secret - re: paternity hearing. That's why Virgie's lawyers (nonBahamian) were excluded). Stern's lawyer made a motion to boot OQuinn - and the Judge said ok.

Greta - usually they have to give a reason for booting somebody out....O'Quinn - none of that happened - just that the Judge WANTED IT ALL SECRET.

Stern - is not the father, he was not the husband, and there are serious questions raised in his involvement in Anna Nicole's death.....Greta - what is the serioud question -

Just Stern's presence with both deaths / why did they die ? We don't know - they were so young - both had drugs -

Greta - we have to wait for toxicology.

OQuinn - how long are we going to have to wait???

Circumstantial evidence is JUST AS GOOD if not better than eyewitness evidence. (Stern's presence is circumstantial evidence).
