Sounds VERY good...
I'm a TV Food Network addict. Before my printer went kaput, I was going to organize all my saved recipes in a 3 ring binder. One of them was for potatoes Dauphine. I figured I could make them, and leave an indentation to fill with creme fraiche and maybe some caviar. Never tasted the stuff, but if the rich folks like it, it can't be that bad, LOL! I just tried my first piece of sushi last year. I'm still alive!!!
I have a good recipe for chicken pieces on skewers, soaked in an Asian marinade, with peanut sauce on the side. Gotta have food, or the cocktails will knock you out :-D
