I'm still 200 posts behind - so back there reading, but watching The Insider now and they just went through the laundry list of KE's other new memo to Dr. Kapoor. This is from the same footage, of course, that will be on ET tonight.
She did confirm that this memo was to Kapoor (as was the first one that was revealed last week). She declared that this was a private document and it is a stolen document. She didn't mention that both she and HKS are supposedly unleashing their attorneys on somebody, I think it's FOX News, about this.
Anyway, there was yet another new one on the list, past the 3 new ones I've added over the weekend. The latest: morphine. There were 11 total medications requested in this memo:

Eroshevich defended the list and said it was a normal list, that ANS probably did take more than a lot of people. She casually mentioned that ANS probably took a couple extra doses sometimes.
She said she's not worried about losing her medical license, no - people are just looking everywhere for someone to blame because of Anna's death. It's just a sad situation.
No matter what she says, Eroshevich is SCARED, and she knows she's in TROUBLE.

Just wanted to add that The Insider has started their Daniel Inquest series now. The first segment was where they asked HKS if he had anything to do with Daniel's death and he stated unequivocally that he did not.
This is the same footage we've seen, where he's sitting in a chair in front of a seaside window in Horizons. He later confirms that's where he is.
OK - then they switch to Ford Shelley and Ben Thompson, while a voiceover explains that they were friends of ANS. They show some home snapshots of the whole Thompson/Shelley family with Daniel and Anna. Ford and Ben say Daniel had been having some problems with a GF and was suffering some depression.
Then they go to Ford claiming to have seen HKS take two tablets (he thinks they were methadone but has no way of knowing, he admits) out of Daniel's jeans pocket and then going into a bathroom - and Ford heard the toilet flush. Then HKS came out and said "problem taken care of." FS assumed he flushed the pills.
(My notes here - from what I can tell, this happened at Horizons and the jeans were apparently an extra pair among Daniel's belongings - not the ones he had had on when he died. HKS must have taken Daniel's luggage on back to the house at some point, because we've always heard he took Daniel straight from the airport to the hospital.
Could be wrong about this, they might have been the jeans Daniel had been wearing - but would the hospital or police have taken them off him and given them to ANS/HKS after he died? And would HKS have left the PI Harding bus card there - tho it was in Daniel's wallet, I've heard more recently - not just pocket? Confusing on those jeans.)
Back to HKS, who denies that any of that ever happened. Then he goes into Thompson and Shelley being the people involved in challenging (he didn't even use a word that truthful) "this very home we're sitting in." Of course, HKS never says *why* nor does ET, I mean, The Insider. Grrr.
They spend a lot of time letting Ford talk, eventually ending with Ford saying HKS should pray for forgiveness. Wish I could recall what The Insider said to that, but Ford shot back, "I sleep well at night, bro." LOL.
Then at the end of the Daniel Inquest segment, they had a teaser ... a photo of Daniel with the question, "Was Daniel anorexic?" Apparently, it has to do with Martino's comments on Daniel losing so much weight. We shall see. ET will probably have a similar segment tonight.
