Hi KC, Thanks for that will. I read the whole thing, but forgot to look at the dates. Dates it was drafted. Date it was signed. What were they? Everytime i use adobe acrobat i can read it and then my system freezes when i try to exit acrobat and i've got to log off and back on. Don't wanna go thru that.
The only date on the will is July 30, 2001. That date was written in when ANS/VLM signed the will. There are no witnesses or other signatures on that copy of the will, but I think I remember Krista Barth or HKS (or someone in the courtroom) saying that the will presented was an incomplete copy. I guess there is another copy somewhere that was witnessed and/or notarized, although I don't believe it was ever filed.
