If Larry is Dannilynn's father, I can't imagine why he would want to "make a deal" with Howard?

Unless it's to deal with Howard because he's set himself up as "trustee" of Dannilynn's trust fund. Which could be the reason OPRI told him NOT to make a deal with Howard, that he needed a lawyer..for a dozen reasons.
