There has been some confusion if Virgie is seeking temporary or full custody of Dannielynn. After seeing Jackie Hatten on Kimberly G' show, I have no doubt that Virgie is no longer working with LB. Jackie said she is very upset with Larry. Jackie Hatten and Virgie are working together so she's angry because Virgie's angry. We could infer as much after the the Friday hearing when Larry said some people were happy and others not so much. Virgie definitely wants full custody of Dannielynn.

I agree with your assessment about Virgie and Larry on the possible outs. I've been thinking about why. If it is true that LB is making some kind of deal, or negotiation with the Stern crime team, I'm sure Virgie wants no part of that.

It seems to me that right about the time we heard the first leaks that Opri and Birkhead were having troubles, that was when O'Quinn first started saying talking disparagingly about both Birkhead and Stern.
