On th Line-UP did a timeline of the day leading up to her death and said she was at a bar seen drinking after twelve, wasted and falling down. Who lets a person, who has had temperature of 105 and fallen and hit her head on the bathtub earlier, go out drinking at the bar? Friends? Nurse? Paramedic?

If that is true about the drinking shouldn't there be alcohol in her system on autopsy report?

Would that be neglent behavior?

Well if she was out drinking, that sorta means HKS didn't tell the truth when he testified she never left the room. It is also easy to check with all the cameras in the casino.

Thanks for mentioning that factoid - I don't think it's on our timelines - is it? That Anna Nicole was seen in the bar at the hotel the Wed night before her death - and was out partying til she was falling down drunk.

Gotta know whoever said that fact - there have to be more who saw her that day but the longer we wait for an official "investigation" to be made public - and lead to court action - the less chance that any of those who saw her that night (if this is a true factoid) would be available to testify to that fact in court.

Course if that's a fact, it doesn't mesh with the emphasis from Moe, from KE, from Stern that Anna had been so sick all that week....

I'm not buying this part. HKS and/or Moe had to be with her at all time (imo).
