I think eventually Daniel would have probably cut off Anna and gone back to Virgie. It looks like he was beginning to see the impact that Stern et al was having on Anna and realized that he was a man now and not a kid.
I haven't seen Larry's emails to her but I'm sure he was pretty peeved about all the games Anna et al were playing. I think I would probably loose it too.
Does anyone remember during the infamous "Mommy Dearest" video if ET asked Anna if her mother had tried to contact her over the years?
It's important because if Virgie has certified mail certificates that she can show at the trial on Tuesday proving she had tried to send mail to her daughter and Anna said "no" to that question and was telling the truth then we have some proof that HKS was keeping Anna away from nearly everyone (except her drug suppliers of course). Of course, that video was edited so that question was probably on the cutting room floor.
