My son is going in to get the cold laser for the facial hair at the neck level and around his trach site.

He is getting to be a two times a day shave needs.

Hard to shave the throat around the trach stoma and his getting towards 30yr oldish throat.

I am going to see how well it works and get a idea of cost for myself when the old lady mustache gets to thick to pluck daily.

I have one made from the same company - It is used for my legs (larger version). It is very uncomfortable to use. It pulls the hairs out by the roots several at a time. You learn to adapt to the pain but it takes a while. I personally had to stop using my tweezy thing (larger than a tweezy but the same exact product and technique) because the hair follicles would get infected.

If you think your son could handle pucking out each whiskers with a tweezer then he could handle a tweezy which would pull out many whiskers at once by the roots and it is not a fast tug of hair and hair root.

Oops just re read you message - you want it for you.
It is pretty painful to use on the upper lip, it will bring tears to your eyes and you never get use to the pain in that area when you use a Tweezy.

If you have chin and jaw line hair then it would not be as painful. But on the upper lip forget it.

Just use a cream depilatory on the upper lip. It's easy...takes 8-10 minutes.
