If that PI is telling the truth, which at this point I don't doubt him, he could be a nail in HKS's coffin on this.

I am sure HKS had no idea Daniel had contacted this guy.

HKS, like a cat, seems to always have 9 lives. OR 9 ways to avoid the laws or litigation against him. We will see. I think his world is beginning to collapse, but I must admit, I've been absolutely astounded by how many idiots, (and professional idiots) he's been able to string along, in his circle of crime.
