He also directly contradicts Wecht's statement on H&C:
Perper: "As a general statement, a person can die of combined drug intoxication if more than one drug is taken at the time."
Well, at least he knows that much.
I took it to mean he was initially told she had had a prior temp of 105, not that he's saying her temp was 105 on Thursday. Wecht was referring to "accumulative" - that taking drugs over time did not accumulate them and cause death. He wasn't referring to a one-time overdose of one or several drugs.
