TMZ guy was asked if there was any info out there of Stern being on drugs. TMZ guy saying he has not heard that.

Said Anna definitely had a Methadone problem - was reason LB broke up with her and was what Daniel knew about his mother and made him so concerned.

Barf on - having a pity party for Stern - he is just trying to get through this as best as he can - nobody has had to go through all this before......She has seen the baby....spent a great deal of time with the baby - she has 3 children of her own - baby is healthy, happy, smiled, and is very interactive - there is no way this child is underweight.

The paternity hearing is causing Stern a great deal of anguish - he is very bonded with baby, loves her so much.

Greta - why doesn't he just let the DNA swab be done...Barth - he is going to address this through the proper courts....we have a procedure to do....my client has reached out and has tried to take this out of the press and to protect this little girl....he will deal with this in due time - genetics and biology do not equal custody.

Now talking about the time LB says he saw the dufflebag of drugs - but he didn't run out and get protection for that baby when he says he knew Anna was getting drugs while she was pregnant.
