Coming from the south I knew what Virgie meant when she said that her Maw Maw told her that she needed to let Vicki Lynn raise Daniel. I understand why she did it and it seems for a few years Anna did a decent job but i’m sure one of Virgie’s regrets is that she had held on to Daniel.
I thought of something else. Is it possible that right after Daniel died that Anna wanted to reunite with her mother. If the nannies are telling the truth about Texas (and not getting confused re: california) she must have known that Virgie would have open access to Daniel. Also she called her mom to reach out to her. Then once Virgie accused Stern he twisted it and made it seem that she was accusing Anna Nicole too which I don’t think she did...she always said the people around her not Anna herself. The thought of Anna turning to Virgie must have really freaked out Stern and he was determined to put an end to it.
