For all we know, if the inquest goes as poorly for HKS as predicted they could place her into foster care in the Bahamas.

The country would have to be really off their rocker to do such a thing. Americans will hit their economy hard if they try to hold that baby hostage in their country. There is too much media attention on this case for them to even attempt it. It's too much of a gamble that the child's would actually win anything off the Marshall estate under her mothers name. Anna's name and the value of it will die after the baby paternity and custody battle is over with. That's just my opinion.

You're right. People are acting like the child already has the money. She does not!! I'm thinking that Quinn thinks with his legal skills he can get the job done. He just needs a reason to bring the case to court and Virgie having custody of Dannielynn gives him that reason.

I hope I am wrong. Someone said today (on one of the many ANS programs) that Dannielynn could be four or five years old before Larry gets custody of her. I think that is terribly, terribly sad, if true... and selfish beyond belief for all parties involved -- including Virgie -- if we get DNA early-on proving Larry is the father and this prediction comes true.
