My last post was full of typos - but you get the point.
Not sure why he gave it in grams. This was premixed with syrup so liquid amounts would be the key to it.
A regular dose was 2 teaspoons (2 teaspoons = 1/3 liquid ounces = 10ml) of liquid CH syrup for an average adult person.
But Kris E said she took 2 tablespoons (6 teaspoons = 1 liquid ounce = 30ml) regularly
She had taken at least 4 tablespoons (12 teaspoons = 2 liquid ounces = 60ml)
