Unfortunately, no. I bought a 'Leg Magic' exerciser from QVC thinking it would help strengthen my leg. That thing is BRUTAL. Now I have more pain and swelling....:)
Well, last summer when I dropped a cabinet door on my ankle and ended up on crutches for a couple of weeks, I worked with that foot on my desk.... quite a contortionist I was... sometimes I sad back in my chair with foot on desk and keyboard in lap if that helps — a laptop would have been a big help.
