IMHO, Howard Stern should worry about far greater issues than being defamed. He might need a lawyer even if he is innocent like a newborn lamb for the following: IRS investigation; allegations of money laundering; kidnapping; supplying Anna Nicole with drugs; many have accused him of murder on TV and charges might yet follow; child endangerment; obtaining drugs in an unlawful manner; trespassing; perjury; bribery; tampering with evidence.
