He can? But wouldn’t her estate still be in limbo? So he shouldnt be able to touch her money, should he? I know he is supposedly the Executor of her will, right? But doesn’t a will have to be certified in a court before an executor can use any of the deceased funds?
I’m sure he had access to her money even BEFORE she died.
