Yes he did say that - and I totally agree with him. OQuinn says Stern's MO is delay, delay, delay, delay. THAT is what I have said from the beginning and continue to say. Stern knows that as long as he can delay the facts coming out the longer he keeps Dannielynn, the more chance that his "bonding" with the child becomes important in his paternity claims even if the DNA is Larry's. He also knows the longer the delays, the more chance that people will just grow tired of this saga and not care what happens. Further especially he knows that the longer he delays and delays, the longer he can put off any official "testimony" or actions that go against him.
