They call tomorrow the Guardianship/Paternity hearing why do they call it that??? Can Howard file another appeal based on something else to continue his delay tactic?

The boy he supposedly loved like a son, died under his watch.
He shoveled drugs to the woman he supposedly loved even while she was pregnant..
And he should have taken her to the hospital when she was gravely ill.
AND he does not get along with Dannilynn's blood relatives..
I think he DISQUALIFIES himself as a "fit" parent..
