On Kimberly Guilfoyle's show last night, before Wecht ended with his "ANS was the bread winner, queen bee" mantra, he said he expects to testify at the inquest. I hadn't seen his name on the list...
I bet Wayne Munroe is going to push for Wecht to testify as part of the bullying tactics in front of the Supreme Court. Since a fair amount of the witnesses are going to make him look bad he probably needs a way to get some of his people on there. Maybe this will be some type of "compromise" with the court.
He's hoping, he is probably desperate to shed his spin to the jury.
