To add to your thought.... Opri is mad because Larry was talking to HKS.. so is she punishing him with this huge bill? I tell you one thing, If my lawyer came to the Bahamas for the funeral, against my wishes, and then charged me thousands of dollars for hotel and meals I didn't want her to run up in the first place I'd be boiling mad.

Opri is playing with fire. The amount of good will that is out there for Larry is phenomenol. Even before Anna and Daniel died I've always gone to celebrity gossip sites. Initially people were lukewarm towards him but as soon as ANS ran to the Bahamas and got into a p*ssing match with him regarding paternity people were on his side. This continued after Daniel died and even then the accepted theory was that somehow ANS and HKS were responsible whether by accident or on purpose. No one has every bought that Stern is the father. The more things that are dumped on Larry the more the people love him.

I would too, and I'd dang sure challenge her charges. I was just reading TMZ, and they said they knew Larry had asked Opri not to attend the funeral, but she came anyway. If she attended after being asked not to, she'd pay her own expenses that day. I saw her pat HKS on the shoulder, and then she put her arm around Larry. Larry raised his hand as if to brush her hand away, but he didn't make contact. I think he was opposed to her brash and abrasive comments. I have several relatives who are attorneys, but I've not had any real experience with attorneys as a client. However, I've been told it's to your advantage if you make a good impression on the judge. I don't think Opri or Barth impressed Seidlin.

Someone brought up the ANS website but I can't remember who. Here is something I found that might be of interest. Maybe after the date of this decision they (ANS/HKS) bought the site? (shrug)
