I hate taking a horse pill size swallow only daily MultiVitamin. They would make me burp all day long and they tasted nasty going down and during burps. They would make me gag.
Then I found Centrum Adult Chewable Daily MultiVitamins. They taste like a orange flavored Flintstone Kid's Daily Vitamin. No burping No Bad taste No Gagging. Try them. A bottle of 100 cost about $10 from Walmart - They will last you 3+ months.
I've been so wrapped up in treating my kitty with all kinds of vitamins--he is anemic too. I guess I need to tend to myself too!
There is an excellent liquid multiple with amino acids, etc., tastes like orange juice only have to take one ounce twice a day.
