I was always borderline and then had a sudden drop.
I had some strange symptoms...cuts in the corners of my mouth, surface of tongue appeard 'cut' and burned from silly things like certain kinds of tooth pastes, and I eventually developed dysphasia (difficulty swallowing).
Hmmm don't have those symptoms, but it sounds like I need to check on this. I don't eat a lot of red meat. I should probably check for anemia and start taking vitamins. AZ Carolyn would know.
Can ice chewing mean any other vitamin deficiency?
