Oh, I forgot...started taking milk thistle as does my bf. We have something called Grocery Outlet, and they sell Rexall brand supplements. Because although it's a horse size pill, it is a gel cap so it slides down easier. It helps one's liver.
Milk thistle is great -- take it twice a day though, it has a six hour half life.
