Nancy Grace is NOT behaving like her normal self. Imho, I'd guess she and Jean Casarez have been threatened with libel suits. Typically NG has a prosecutor's nose for crime. In fact, she usually goes overboard with the desire to put the Perp away forever. This case is just too strange for words.
So far Greta appears to realize there's something very wrong with HKS and his thugs. However, I have noticed, she is very careful with what she allows her guests to say. I wonder what all the Shelly's and the Thompson's told Greta about HKS. She probably knows more than she's said on air, imho.
Just who the heck IS HKS??? We still don't know much of anything about his past life - pre ANS. How can he manage to squat in a mansion, which is obviously not his??? He pays for nothing, not even the utilities. Anna could have easily paid for the Horizon house, with the money from ET, and still have lots left over. Instead, she supposedly pays approximately 500,000 dollars for that pink dump, with the bath tub sitting in the yard. Oddly enough, no one can find out just whose name that house is in, or who owns the so called yacht. Unreal, imo.
I've heard Horizons was worth in the area of 3 million when the Thompson's managed to purchase it for her. All she had to do was pay them $950,000.00, which would have been a HUGE bargain. Only a fool or a crook, wouldn't have paid the price. Doesn't make any sense, unless Stern was convinced he had created the power connections to by pass the law and get the mansion for nothing. At this point in time, I'll be surprised to see the Ben Thompson family ever get the money or the mansion back.
I just had a horrible thought. What if HKS has connections with the DNA facility? Surely not or could it be? In all of the above pure speculation, I've long lost the ability to be surprised by the new superman ambulance chaser.

Okay, there is a Russian connection between HKS & KE. I'm wondering if they're Roma, not ethnic Russian Jews. I tried looking for surnames of Russian Gypsies who emigrated here, but I couldn't find anything on Yahoo. Wikipedia was a bust, and I haven't tried Gurgle.
Some "communities" stick together, and no one is the wiser. At this point, anything is possible including having connections with the DNA lab. A friend of mine from HS became involved with a Gypsy who belonged to a "family" in SoCal. He sucked a lot of money out of her. He's old fat and bald, and she's very good looking, go figure. Finally shed him, and he was busted on income tax evasion soon after. Nothing was in his name. His wife did the fortune telling shtick, right down to the amulets and sacred water...straight from DWP. Yeesh!
