Sheriff NIck: He would not have closed case. too many unanswered ??? Some supplied her the drugs. Case should have never been closed yet
Perper: Once Med ex makes obj. opinion then the Sheriff makes decision. to keep open
Sheriff: I don't dispute findings but on investigative side someone supplied her with drugs and these ?? need to be answered.
