I know that it's probably mostly the sunglasses, but I keep being reminded of shortly-before-his-death Elvis in the photos/video of Anna Nicole at the Hard Rock boxing match. Something about the look of her face, her mannerisms remind me of Elvis right before he died.
There's something odd about that photo. She doesn't look like herself.
Elvis had visited his dentist on August 15th (died in AM 16th) to have a temporary crown put in; it has also been suggested that the codeine the dentist gave him that day resulted in an anaphylactic shock that assisted in his death. (He had suffered allergic reactions to the drug previously.)
Didn't Perper mention something about some sort of shock experienced by ANS? Could be similar. They clearly were both addicted to prescription drugs at the end. And, they both had beautiful bone structure (as well as leeches, hangers-on and yes-men).
