To: Alice in Wonderland

Now I remember, I found that one drug name listed both ways - as a drug and as a metabolized form of another drug - and I didn't know how to list it - so I put it both ways on the list, until I found out for sure which one it was. The azepams were getting to me.

--Oxazepam (Serax) - sedative-hypnotic, benzodiazepine, central nervous system depressant; found in ANS system at autopsy

--Oxazepam - minor active metabolite of diazepam found in ANS system at autopsy

Something else mentioned on GreAta that made my ears perk, another lawyer to throw into the mix... Perper. (My apologies if someone else mentioned it and I missed it upthread.) She also made a big point that he is a medical doctor, not a Phd. Is it common for medical examiners/pathologists/Wecht wannabees to not specialize in that specific field from the beginning of their careers? Otherwise, I can't figure out why she was so vehement in making that point.
