I just glanced at the Autopsy Report and on Page 7, Perper clearly describes a 40 minute gap in the discovery of ANS being unresponsive and the time 911 was finally called .
I guess HKS and KE told him that was just another " accident."
The FBI obviously should come in, because this case has been botched from the get go.
It looks like a cover up and it doesn't pass the smell test.
But, I still don't know if the FBI has to be invited to come in by the Seminoles ( the Seminoles are considered a sovereign nation )
or if they can enter on their own.
Given your credentials and experience following this case, personally I think you should write to the Broward County Prosecutor's office and demand that they investigate further!
