It is so suspicious and downright outrageous for so many drugs to be prescribed for one person and then end up killing someone else. Hello? FBI? Anyone? Does anyone hold out hope for further criminal investigations or is it civil suits now?

Anyway, thank goodness for Greta. If we have any hope for justice, she is it. Now isn't that sad we have to rely on her?

Perper and Tiger let us down. Big time.

I was heartened by the fact that Greta DID get Perper to admit that it would be UNREASONABLE for anyone to give chloral hydrate to Anna in the state she was in...."especially in the morning," he said. So proving HK$ gave it to her may be impossible, but what about leaving it around for her to take in the state she was in?? HK$ did do that by his own admission, I guess. May still be good enough for negligent homicide, IMO.

Of course, then there's that Queen Defense.....

I totally agree with you. Greta was great. The question is why did Perper do such a sloppy job that smacks of a cover-up and Tiger do such an incompetent job?

Gloria Allred is another person who has surprised me. In view of her background of standing up for children, I had expected her to come out screaming to get the baby away from HKS. Instead, she sounded again like she is on his team. I cannot figure that out. Why is she willing to sound like an idiot for HKS? Perhaps she has represented Erosevich in the past?
